- •Completely edentulous patients
- •Adequate zone of keratinized mucosa
- •Adequate inter\-arch space ( 15mm )
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-Any previous surgical intervention ( sinus lifting , ridge augmentation )\-
- •\-In need of any soft / hard tissue augmentation / grafting
- •\- Heavy smokers
