Completely edentulous patients
Adequate zone of keratinized mucosa
Adequate inter-arch space ( 15mm )
Exclusion Criteria
-Any previous surgical intervention ( sinus lifting , ridge augmentation )-
-In need of any soft / hard tissue augmentation / grafting
- Heavy smokers
