Indication
本品为降胆固醇药物，适用于原发型Ⅱa（总胆同醇及LDL-C升高）和Ⅱb（总胆固醇、LDL-C、甘油三酯升高）的高脂血症患者。 当仅靠饮食不足以控制血浆中总胆固醇及LDL-C的水平时，推荐使用多廿烷醇治疗。用多廿烷醇治疗前，应排除其它原因引起的高胆固醇血症，如未良好控制的糖尿病、肾病综合症、甲状腺功能减退或活动性肝脏疾病等。
