Indication
1.感染中毒性休克：如爆发性流行性脑脊髓膜炎、中毒性痢疾等（需要与抗生素合用）； 2.血管痉挛和栓塞引起的循环障碍：脑血栓形成、脑栓塞、瘫痪、脑血管痉挛、血管神经性头痛、血栓闭塞性脉管炎等； 3.平滑肌痉挛：胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡、胆管、胰管、输尿管急性痉挛引起的绞痛或疼痛； 4.各种神经痛：如三叉神经痛、坐骨神经痛等； 5.眩晕病； 6.眼底疾病：中心性视网膜炎、视网膜色素变性、视网膜动脉血栓等； 7.突发性耳聋； 8.也用于有机磷中毒，但效果不如阿托品好； 9.其滴眼液可用于因睫状肌痉挛所造成的假性近视。
