Lynozyfic is a medicine used to treat adults with multiple myeloma (a cancer of the bone marrow) when the cancer has come back (relapsed) and has not responded to treatment (refractory). It is used on its own in adults who have received at least three previous therapies, including a proteasome inhibitor, an immunomodulatory agent, and an anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody, and whose disease got worse on the last therapy. Lynozyfic contains the active substance linvoseltamab.

### Therapeutic indication Monotherapy for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma who have received at least 3 prior therapies, including a proteasome inhibitor, an immunomodulatory agent, and an anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody, and have demonstrated disease progression on the last therapy.
