Therapeutic Indication
### Therapeutic indication Treatment and prophylaxis of bleeding in patients with haemophilia A (congenital factor-VIII deficiency). Advate does not contain von Willebrand factor in pharmacologically effective quantities and is therefore not indicated in von Willebrand disease.
