### Therapeutic indication Treatment of erectile dysfunction in adult males. In order for tadalafil to be effective, sexual stimulation is required. Tadalafil Lilly is not indicated for use by women. Treatment of the signs and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia in adult males.
