Cejemly is a cancer medicine used in adults to treat a lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic). It is used together with platinum-based chemotherapy (other cancer medicines). Cejemly is not used when the cancer cells have certain changes affecting genes called EGFR, ALK, ROS1 or RET, as these changes may reduce the medicine’s effectiveness. Cejemly contains the active substance sugemalimab.
Therapeutic Indication
### Therapeutic indication Cejemly in combination with platinum-based chemotherapy is indicated for the first line treatment of adults with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with no sensitising EGFR mutations, or ALK, ROS1 or RET genomic tumour aberrations.
