- <p><strong>Posology and method of administration:</strong><br>
The recommended dose of fexofenadine hydrochloride for adults and children aged 12 years and over is 120 mg once daily.<br>
The recommended dose of fexofenadine hydrochloride for adults and children aged 12 years and over is 180 mg once daily.</p>
<p><em><strong>Children under 12 years of age</strong></em><br>
Fexodin is not indicated for children younger than 12 years of age.</p>
<p><em><strong>Special risk groups</strong></em><br>
The safety and efficacy of fexofenadine hydrochloride in renally or hepatically impaired children have not been established. Studies conducted in adults in special risk groups (renally or hepatically impaired patients) indicate that it is not necessary to adjust the dose of fexofenadine hydrochloride in adults.</p>

Fexodin-120mg is indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with Allergic Rhinitis (AR) in adults and children 12 years of age and older.<br>
Fexodin-180mg is indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis (SAR) and Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria (CIU) in adults and children 12 years of age and older.</p>
