- <p><strong>HOW TO USE PANADOL FLUMAX:</strong><br>
Adults (including the elderly) and children over 12 years:</p>
<ul>
<li>1–2 caplets to be taken up to 4 times a day.</li>
<li>Do not take more than 8 caplets in 24 hours.</li>
<li>If symptoms persist after 5 days, seek medical advice.</li>
<li>Do not exceed the stated dose and do not take more frequently than every 4 hours.</li>
<li>Do not use for longer than 7 days without asking your doctor.</li>
<li>Do not take with any other medicines for the relief of cold and flu, congestion or blocked nose.</li>
<li>Do not use this medicine if you are taking any other prescription or non-prescription medicines containing paracetamol to treat pain, fever, symptoms of cold and flu.</li>
<li>Always use the smallest dose that you need to treat your symptoms and use the medicine for the shortest period of time necessary.</li>
<li>If your symptoms do not improve, speak to your doctor.</li>
</ul>
<p>Children under 12 years: Do not use in children under 12 years of age.</p>

- Contraindications
- <p><strong>DO NOT USE IF:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You are allergic to Paracetamol, Caffeine, Phenylephrine, or any other ingredients in the product.</li>
<li>You are taking, or have taken in the past two weeks, drugs called monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), which are used to treat depression.</li>
<li>You have problems with an overactive thyroid.</li>
<li>You have a serious heart condition.</li>
<li>You have high blood pressure (hypertension).</li>
<li>You are pregnant or trying to become pregnant.</li>
