- **HOW TO USE GASCOVID ADVANCE LIQUID**
– _HOW MUCH TO USE_
Follow all directions given to you by your doctor or pharmacist carefully. They may differ from the information contained in this leaflet. If you do not understand the instructions on the label, ask your doctor or pharmacist for help.
**Adults**
Oral, 5–10 ml (one to two 5 ml measuring spoons) after meals and at bedtime or as directed.
**Children under 12 years**
Should only be taken on medical advice.
– _WHEN TO USE_
Use as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
– _HOW LONG TO USE IT_
If your symptoms do not improve after seven days, consult your doctor.
– _IF YOU FORGET TO USE IT_
Consult your doctor or pharmacist on whatyou should do if you forget to use it.
Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, wait until then to take the medicine and skip the missed dose. Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed dose.
– _IF YOU USE TOO MUCH (OVERDOSE)_
Contact your doctor immediately or go to the Emergency Department of your nearest hospital, if you think you or anyone else may have taken too much of this medicine. Do this even if there are no signs of discomfort or poisoning. You may need urgent medical attention.

- **WHAT GASCOVID ADVANCE LIQUID IS USED FOR**
Treatment of symptoms of gastro-oesophageal reflux such as acid regurgitation, heartburn, indigestion occurring to the reflux of stomach contents, for instance, as a result of hiatus hernia, during pregnancy or accompanying reflux oesophagitis.

– _WHEN YOU MUST NOT USE IT_
Do not take this medicine if:
- You are allergic to sodium alginate, potassium bicarbonate or any of the ingredients listed in the end of this leaflet – _please refer to the Product Insert/Patient Information Leaflet published on HSA for the full drug information_.
- Symptoms do not improve after seven days, the clinical situation should be reviewed.
- It causes allergic reactions (possibly delayed) as the medical product contains methyl hydroxybenzoate and propyl hydroxybenzoate.
If you are not sure whether you should start taking this medicine, talk to your pharmacist or doctor.
