- <p>【<strong>DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION</strong>】<br>
For adults, administer 1–2 ampoules (50–100mg as Tramadol HCl) intramuscularly or intravenously. If necessary, administer repeatedly for every 4–5 hours. The maximum dose is 8 ampoules (400mg) per day. The dosage may be adjusted according to the age and symptoms.</p>

TRADOL Injection is indicated for the following diseases; Acute and chronic pain classified as severe or moderate (e.g. pain due to tumor), pain after diagnosis and post-operation.</p>
- Contraindications
- <p>1. Contraindication</p>
<ul>
<li>Patients with acute alcohol intoxication</li>
<li>Patients with intoxication of drugs which act on the central nervous system, such as hypnotics, analgesics or psychotropic drugs.</li>
<li>Patients with severe respiratory depression (Mild respiratory depression may occur.)</li>
<li>Patients with a risk of stupor in condition of head injuries or brain lesions.</li>
<li>Patients receiving MAO inhibitors</li>
<li>Pregnant women and nursing mothers.</li>
<li>Patients with hypersensitivity to this drug and opiate or a a history of it.</li>
