作用机制

ASP-2138 is a bispecific T-cell engager that binds CLDN18.2 expressed on tumor cells and CD3 on T cells, bringing T cells closer to CLDN18.2-expressing tumor cells and activating their anti-tumor response (T-cell engaging mechanism, distinct from antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity)

适应症

First-line treatment in adults with locally advanced unresectable or metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) adenocarcinoma whose tumors are CLDN18.2-positive and HER2-negative (investigational; being evaluated in Phase 3 in combination with chemotherapy and pembrolizumab)
