Indication
用于心血管和脑外科、颌面外科及一般外科手术，做手术麻醉期间控制血压之用，其效果满意。静脉注射后1～4分钟血压开始下降，2～5分钟降至坪值；有效降压作用为8～20分钟。停药后约5分钟血压自行回升，8～20分钟恢复至原水平。其降压效应的可控性和可逆性均较好，且对心、肝、肾功能均无影响，因此是一种较好的控制性降压药。
