Overview
A glucocorticoid with the general properties of corticosteroids. It has been used by mouth in the treatment of all conditions in which corticosteroid therapy is indicated except adrenal-deficiency states for which its lack of sodium-retaining properties makes it less suitable than hydrocortisone with supplementary fludrocortisone. Indication
肾上腺皮质激素类药。主要用于过敏性与自身免疫性炎症性疾病。由于本品潴钠作用较弱，故一般不用作肾上腺皮质功能减退的替代治疗。
