Elraglusib is a novel inhibitor of glycogen synthase kinase-3 beta (GSK-3β (搜索)), a molecular target involved in tumor growth and resistance to conventional cancer drugs. Actuate Therapeutics (搜索) is currently evaluating elraglusib in a Phase 2 trial for metastatic pancreatic cancer (搜索) (NCT03678883) and a Phase 1/2 trial for Ewing Sarcoma (搜索) (EWS) and EWS-related sarcomas (NCT04239092).
