Ametris (搜索), formerly ActiGraph (搜索), has reported significant expansion of its pharmaceutical industry partnerships, now collaborating with eight of the top ten pharmaceutical companies as the industry increasingly seeks digital health solutions to capture meaningful disease progression and treatment effect signals.
The digital health solutions provider has established partnerships with 20 of the top 25 pharmaceutical R&D spenders through three distinct collaboration structures: evidence-generation partnerships, exclusive biomarker IP licensing engagements, and regulatory engagements. These partnerships center around Ametris (搜索)' Digital Endpoint Collaboration to accelerate Outcome DEvelopment (DECODE) initiatives.
DECODE Initiative Gains Industry Traction
Ametris (搜索) launched DECODE: Obesity (搜索) in 2025, initially partnering with Eli Lilly and Company, F. Hoffmann-La Roche (搜索), and Novo Nordisk. The initiative has since expanded with AstraZeneca joining the DECODE Obesity working group. These cross-industry collaborations are designed to advance novel digital measures development by combining clinical evidence generation with regulatory engagement and creation of fit-for-purpose evidentiary packages.
The company continues building on earlier DECODE work, including DECODE: Nocturnal Scratch (搜索), launched in November 2023, which incorporates a regulatory engagement workstream to facilitate future sponsor adoption of digital measures in dermatology programs.
Clinical Validation Success
Ametris (搜索) has demonstrated its capabilities through recent work using wearable digital health technology in a Phase 2 cancer cachexia (搜索) trial, successfully demonstrating treatment benefit. This achievement builds on the company's track record supporting late-stage development programs.
"Ametris (搜索) has moved into mature partnership structures that reflect how top-tier pharma teams want to evaluate and deploy digital health measures at scale," said Jeremy Wyatt, Chief Executive Officer of Ametris. "This progress is the result of our focus on generating defensible clinical evidence, engaging regulators early, and creating repeatable pathways for sponsors to operationalize validated digital measures."
Algorithm Marketplace Development
In parallel with its partnership expansion, Ametris (搜索) is advancing its Algorithm Marketplace, designed to streamline diligence and adoption of validated digital measures. The company expects this platform to support scalable partnering as digital endpoints become increasingly central to clinical development and regulatory submissions.
Founded in 2004, Ametris (搜索) provides an end-to-end platform combining advanced wearables, regulatory-aligned analytics, and expert scientific support to simplify clinical trial phases from study design to submission. The company's leadership team will present at the 44th Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference in San Francisco, January 12-15, 2026.
