Therapeutic Portfolio Expansion
Onco360 (search) will serve as the national pharmacy partner for three distinct medication therapies addressing different patient populations. GOMEKLI has received approval for treating adult and pediatric patients aged 2 years and older with neurofibromatosis type 1 (search) (NF1) who have symptomatic plexiform neurofibromas (search) not amenable to complete resection.
The partnership also includes AVMAPKI FAKZYNJA CO-PACK (search), approved for adult patients with KRAS-mutated recurrent low-grade serous ovarian cancer (search) who have received prior systemic therapy. Additionally, IBTROZI (search) has been approved for adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic ROS1-positive non-small cell lung cancer (search).
