Namodenoson's Clinical Profile
Namodenoson has demonstrated strong anti-tumor activity, complete response in human liver cancer patients, and an excellent safety profile, making it a compelling candidate for veterinary oncology applications. The drug candidate is currently being evaluated in human clinical trials, including a Phase III liver cancer trial and a Phase II pancreatic cancer study.
The company's experience spans over 1,600 patients in clinical studies to date, providing substantial safety data for the drug candidate. Namodenoson has been granted Orphan Drug Designation in both the U.S. and Europe, as well as Fast Track Designation as a second-line treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
