The trial will be conducted at Johns Hopkins University, Yale School of Medicine, and the IMCA Center in Israel. Trial Objectives and Design
The primary endpoint of the Phase I/IIa trial is to determine the tolerable dose of CMND-100 and to thoroughly evaluate its safety, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics. The study, titled "A Phase I/II Single and Multiple Dose Tolerability, Safety and Pharmacokinetic Study of CMND-100 in Healthy Volunteers and Subjects with Alcohol Use Disorder (search) (AUD (search))," will enroll both healthy volunteers and individuals diagnosed with AUD.
