Trial Participation Details
Participating practices will gain access to training materials developed by leading researchers specializing in burnout (search). These resources focus on:

The training and materials are valued at $5,000 and are provided free of charge to participating practices. In addition, individuals who complete the program will receive $100 and a certificate of completion. Participants will also be entered into a drawing for a chance to win $1,000.
Time Commitment and Enrollment
Participation requires attendance at a series of live virtual workshops, with asynchronous options available. The total time commitment is no more than 5 hours per manager and half an hour per participating team member.
