The facility at 5505 Central represents Boulder's first purpose-built speculative lab building and marks a significant expansion of the company's peptide development capabilities.
Strategic Location and Integration
The new LEED Gold-certified facility is strategically positioned adjacent to CordenPharma Colorado (搜索)'s existing large-scale peptide manufacturing facility. This proximity will enable seamless integration of advanced peptide Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) production from the development phase through commercialization. The space will specifically house process development and analytical services, creating a comprehensive peptide development and manufacturing ecosystem.
