The first therapy is protected by WIPO patent WO 2017/001439, valid in key markets including the EU, USA, Canada, Japan, China, and Australia. The second therapy is covered by EU patent EP3484892, internationally filed under WO 2018/011414 A1, with a focus on major markets such as the USA, Canada, Japan, China, and Australia.

About the Drugs
One drug, esters of steroidal lactam and bis(2-chloroethyl) aminophenoxy propanoic acid derivatives (search), exhibits higher antitumor activity and lower acute toxicity compared to conventional alkylating agents. Preclinical studies suggest that LSEs induce moderate to strong dual inhibition of RAS-RAF-MEK-ERK (search) and PI3K-AKT-mTOR (search) signal transduction cellular pathways, as well as inhibit PARP1/2 (search) function.
