Prior to his role at Biogen, Dr. Beaver held senior leadership positions at AbbVie (搜索), where he served as Head of Translational Imaging and was recognized as a Volwiler Research Fellow for his scientific contributions. His earlier career included positions as Senior Imaging Scientist at GlaxoSmithKline's Clinical Imaging Centre at Imperial College London's Hammersmith Hospital campus and Director of Imaging at Maccine in Singapore. Compensation and Platform Development
Defence Therapeutics (搜索) has granted Dr. Beaver 150,000 incentive stock options in accordance with the company's omnibus incentive plan. The options are vested immediately and exercisable at 60 cents per share for five years from the grant date.
