Danziten (search) is a re-engineered formulation of nilotinib designed to maintain consistent pharmacokinetics regardless of fasting state or meal type, while offering the efficacy expected from nilotinib. With optimal tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) therapy, patients can achieve deep molecular responses and potentially treatment-free remission. The life expectancy of newly diagnosed chronic phase CML patients responding to appropriate treatment is now approaching that of the general population. However, adherence to treatment remains a challenge, which Danziten aims to address by removing mealtime restrictions.
