The initiative represents the eighth program launched since Flagship and Pfizer established their partnership in July 2023.
Addressing Unmet Medical Need in Metastatic Prostate Cancer
The collaboration targets a significant clinical challenge, as up to one in five men with prostate cancer (search) progress to metastatic disease, with many subsequently developing resistance to successive lines of therapy. TCR bispecifics (search) have emerged as a promising immunotherapy (search) approach with the potential to overcome several barriers associated with disease progression.

Leveraging DECODE Platform Technology
Repertoire's proprietary DECODE platform will serve as the foundation for the research activities, conducted jointly with Pioneering Medicines (search), Flagship's in-house drug development unit. The platform uniquely maps the entire immune synapse (search), providing comprehensive understanding of interactions between T cell receptors (search) and their cognate antigenic epitopes (search).
