The chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay (CLEIA) is designated for Research Use Only (RUO) and enables quantitative measurement of soluble Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid Cells 2 (sTREM2) in human cerebrospinal fluid and blood samples within 35 minutes.
