Junson Capital (search) led the Series C equity financing alongside new investors including Lapam Capital (search), Plaisance (search), TruMed Investment (search), and existing shareholders Chengwei Capital (search), Gordian Ventures (search), HSG (search), Prosperity7 (search), and Summer Capital (search). The additional $27 million debt financing provides Full-Life with flexible funding for clinical pipeline development and early preclinical program exploration globally.

Clinical Development and Manufacturing Expansion
The funding will support completion of the global Phase I clinical trial for Full-Life's lead asset, [225AC]AC-FL-020 (search), and initiation of additional clinical studies. The company plans to file new Investigational New Drug (IND) applications worldwide and complete construction of a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) manufacturing facility in Belgium.
