The agreement, announced from Taipei and San Diego, provides Senhwa with additional financial flexibility as it advances its oncology-focused clinical pipeline.
Purchases under the SPA may occur from time to time at the election of certain shareholders, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement. During the lifetime of the SPA, GEM has agreed not to, directly or indirectly, effect any short sale of Senhwa's shares.
