The acquisition integrates Gifthealth (search)'s digital-first brand experiences with Occam's high-touch, personalized care model, positioning the combined entity to address current challenges in the patient journey. Sharp Capital Advisors (search) acted as exclusive advisor to Occam Health Services (search) in the transaction, which was backed by private equity partner Eir Capital Partners (search).
