The recall encompasses three lots of the 120-count product (UPC 300674350419) — lot numbers TL8K, YH9X, and YH9Y — all bearing an expiration date of November 30, 2028, and distributed between April 13, 2026, and May 5, 2026. One lot of the 72-count product (UPC 300439005721), lot number X78N, also with an expiration date of November 30, 2028, was distributed between May 5, 2026, and May 14, 2026.
Haleon emphasized that no other lots of Gas-X Extra Strength are affected, and other products in the Gas-X portfolio — including Gas-X Ultra, Gas-X Maximum, and Gas-X Ultimate — are not impacted by this recall.
