Under the partnership terms, Incyte obtained worldwide exclusive rights to use the enFuse technology with its mutCALR-targeted therapy INCA033989 for essential thrombocythemia (搜索) (ET) and myelofibrosis (搜索) (MF), with potential expansion to additional assets and indications. The financial structure includes an upfront technology access fee, potential research and development milestones, commercial milestones, and transfer pricing for clinical and commercial supply of enFuse devices.
