The rebranding, accompanied by a new website, reflects significant growth in the organization's clinical research capabilities and reinforces its mission of equitable research access for communities across Texas.
"CareOn (search)'s new identity reflects the depth and maturity of our research program. Over the past few years, we've built a team and infrastructure that can meaningfully compete on a national level and, more importantly, deliver real access to clinical trials for communities that have historically been left out of that conversation," said Sameer Ahmed, Director of Research at CareOn.
Track Record in Global Clinical Trials
Previously operating as IntraCare (search) Clinical, the IRO played a notable role in supporting Sanofi's ATLAS clinical trials. The organization's recruitment efforts contributed to the United States ranking among the top ten countries for meeting or surpassing participant recruitment goals, underscoring the site network's ability to perform on an international stage.
Expanding Site Network and Capabilities
CareOn (search) currently operates two fully functional research sites located in Dallas and Greenville, Texas. A third location is scheduled to begin operations in the near future. Each site is led by a team of qualified medical investigators who manage every stage of the research process, from study initiation and participant recruitment through to regulatory compliance and day-to-day operations.

Today, the organization works with 91 partnered and 425 affiliated primary care providers, offering a suite of clinical and billing services, population health program solutions, and risk contracts. Headquartered in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, IntraCare is currently operational in Texas and Arizona, with plans for further expansion.
