Failed Asset Sale Negotiations
Iterum's attempts to salvage its financial position through asset sales also proved unsuccessful. The company engaged in negotiations with two potential buyers for the rights to Orlynvah, but these discussions failed to produce a definitive agreement within the required timeframe. The collapse of these talks eliminated what appeared to be the company's last viable option for generating immediate capital.
Court Hearing to Determine Company's Fate
The Irish High Court is scheduled to hear Iterum's winding-up petition on April 13.
