- Case 4 (45-year-old woman): EASI improved from 28.1 to 2.4 (89.0% improvement)
All patients showed improvements as early as week 4, with no adverse events reported across the 16-week treatment period.
Addressing Treatment-Refractory Populations
The real-world cases highlight lebrikizumab's potential in challenging patient populations. These patients had extensive treatment histories, including prior failures with dupilumab, baricitinib, upadacitinib, cyclosporine, and azathioprine.
