Real-World Evidence Across Lymphoma Subtypes
The company announced results from the largest real-world dataset of personalized ctDNA (搜索) across lymphoma (搜索) subtypes, evaluating 144 patients across the spectrum of aggressive and indolent lymphomas. The retrospective real-world cohort study suggests broad clinical applicability of Signatera (搜索) for treatment response monitoring and end-of-treatment response assessment.
Key findings from the study demonstrate that Signatera (搜索) detected recurrence prior to imaging and outperformed standard surveillance methods. The personalized ctDNA (搜索) detection at the end of treatment and on-treatment clearance were strong predictors of clinical outcomes across multiple lymphoma (搜索) subtypes treated with standard-of-care therapy, including CAR-T cell therapy.

Natera and its collaborators will present four abstracts highlighting the clinical validity and utility of Signatera (搜索) in hematologic malignancies during the December 6-9, 2025 meeting. The presentations include studies on risk stratification across lymphoma (搜索) subtypes, measurable residual disease monitoring in multiple myeloma (搜索) following autologous hematopoietic cell transplant, whole-genome sequencing-based ctDNA (搜索) monitoring in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (搜索), and molecular subtyping methods for DLBCL using whole-exome sequencing.
The oral presentation on December 6 at 2:45 PM ET will be delivered by Natalie Galanina, M.D., focusing on the real-world evaluation of ctDNA (搜索) for risk stratification across the spectrum of both aggressive and indolent lymphomas.
