New Real-Time Imaging Method Advances Therapeutic Antibody Immunogenicity Risk Assessment

"Slope analysis is valuable because it tracks the rate of internalization over time, rather than just the final amount internalized at a single time point," the researchers noted. The study identified significant challenges with indirect labeling methods when testing antibodies with different IgG isotypes and Fc modifications.
