Licensing Agreement Details
Under the terms of the agreement, Proteomedix (search) will provide Immunovia (search) with master cells required to produce antibodies related to three of the five biomarkers included in the PancreaSure (search) test. Additionally, the licensing arrangement grants Immunovia access to key intellectual property for manufacturing reagents used to measure these biomarkers, allowing the Swedish company to purchase reagents directly from Proteomedix's supplier network.
The financial structure includes payments totaling $700,000 to Proteomedix (search) across 2025 and 2026, along with a 3% royalty on net sales of PancreaSure (search) and any other products incorporating the licensed intellectual property from 2026 through 2032.
