The FDA's decision was influenced by positive early clinical data from the ongoing Phase 1 study of P-BCMA-ALLO1. Poseida Therapeutics plans to present new clinical data from the P-BCMA-ALLO1 Phase 1 study at the 21st International Myeloma Society Annual Meeting in Rio de Janeiro, scheduled for September 25-28, 2024. Further clinical updates are anticipated in the second half of 2024, contingent upon coordination with Roche, which has a strategic collaboration with Poseida covering multiple allogeneic CAR-T therapies targeting blood cancers, including P-BCMA-ALLO1.
