The comprehensive license grants PranaX access to a core patent portfolio covering exosome manufacturing, engineering, and therapeutic applications. The licensed technology was previously used in the first FDA-approved trial to test mesenchymal stem cell derived exosomes in cancer patients. PranaX plans to combine its in-house regenerative medicine technology with MD Anderson's clinical exosomes knowledge base to advance evidence-based applications in regenerative medicine.
