A Veteran Commercial Leader
Gute brings approximately 20 years of senior commercial leadership experience in healthcare and IT to Quanterix. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Commercial Manager, General Screening, at Exact Sciences (搜索), a company that generated nearly $3 billion in revenue prior to its acquisition by Abbott Labs (搜索) in early 2026. Before that role, he spent two years as General Manager of Exact Sciences' Western Region.
Prior to Exact Sciences (搜索), Gute served as President of GE Healthcare, having held a series of successively more responsible roles over 18 years with the organization. Across these positions, his focus has centered on managing commercial teams to success and designing and implementing solutions to improve performance, increase effectiveness, and reduce costs for the enterprise. He holds Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees from Cleveland State University and will be based at Quanterix's Billerica, Massachusetts headquarters.
