The initiative brings together leading health and science entities including the Ministry of Health, Saudi Food and Drug Authority (搜索), Saudi National Institute of Health, Public Health Authority, and the Saudi Health Council. The Kingdom's biotech strategy leverages nationwide digital platforms including nphies and what is described as the world's largest Virtual Hospital. The strategy encompasses talent development and livability considerations, with participation from entities like the Royal Commission for Riyadh City and the Premium Residency Center.
