The company's amplification ratio stands at 37.2%, with 97.7% coming from preferred equity. Following the retirement of the Coinbase loan, 100% of Strive's Bitcoin (search) holdings are now unencumbered. Strive reported a quarter-to-date Bitcoin yield of 21.17%, representing the percentage growth of the company's bitcoin exposure per common share.
Strategic Debt Exchange
As part of the offering structure, Strive executed privately negotiated exchanges with holders of $90 million aggregate principal amount of outstanding 4.25% Convertible Senior Notes due 2030. These noteholders exchanged their positions for approximately 930,000 shares of SATA Stock.
