The EMA's feedback specifically addressed the Phase 2 and Phase 3 clinical program for TH104. The agency indicated that utilizing Article 10(3), a hybrid application, is an acceptable approach. About TH104 and its Mechanism of Action
TH104 is a novel formulation of nalmefene delivered via a proprietary transdermal buccal film. It is being developed for various liver-related and other pruritogenic inflammatory conditions.
