The FDA's decision is based on data from a phase 1/2 study (NCT05006716) that evaluated the dose-escalation and expansion of BGB-16673 in patients with various B-cell malignancies, including marginal zone lymphoma (搜索), follicular lymphoma (搜索), mantle cell lymphoma (搜索), CLL, SLL, Waldenström’s macroglobulinemia (搜索), and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (搜索). The study is designed to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of BGB-16673.
