Stuart Arbuckle, Vertex's Chief Operating Officer, reported that ALYFTREK is seeing uptake across all anticipated patient groups, with the fastest adoption among patients newly eligible for CFTR (search) modulators. Unlike previous CF product launches such as ORKAMBI and TRIKAFTA, ALYFTREK's launch trajectory differs due to fewer newly eligible patients.
