• The research showed a positive correlation between antral length and improvement of gastro-intestinal symptoms with L-carnitine supplementation during KDT.
• L-carnitine supplementation during KDT also demonstrated a positive effect on fasting lipid profiles by significantly increasing HDL levels in pediatric patients.
