Camas School District unveils 3-point plan for Leadbetter campus

In 2023, Educational Service District 112’s consultants advised Camas School District to view the former UL campus and Skyridge Middle School as a single entity. The combined 90-acre Leadbetter campus, currently housing Skyridge and the former UL building, requires zoning changes for redevelopment. Development ideas were collaboratively generated, including input from various local entities. Consultants estimated the renovation cost of the former UL building at $46-70 million.
