GSE26459 and GSE16179 datasets from GEO were used to analyze DEGs in breast cancer cells. Two TNBC cohorts were studied, one pre-treatment and one post-DOX chemotherapy. Immunohistochemistry, cell culture, transfection, RT-qPCR, Western blotting, flow cytometry, MTT, colony formation, Transwell, mRFP-GFP LC3, in vitro ubiquitination, co-immunoprecipitation, ELISA, iron, Fe²⁺ staining, and lipid ROS assays were conducted. A xenograft tumor model in vivo and statistical analysis using GraphPad Prism 7 were also performed.
