We are a China-based medical device company specializing in clinical solutions for sports medicine. Leveraging our independently developed implants, active devices, related consumables, and surgical instruments, we offer comprehensive treatment for soft-tissue injuries—including rotator cuff tears, ligament ruptures, and meniscal tears—in the shoulder, knee, hip, foot/ankle, elbow, and hand/wrist regions, as well as end-to-end solutions for sports rehabilitation and injury prevention. We have established four core technology platforms with broad scalability: biomaterials, imaging and robotics, smart healthcare, and tissue engineering. These platforms underpin the development of a full-cycle product portfolio spanning prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation in the field of sports medicine. As of April 15, 2026, our product portfolio comprises 63 items, including implants, surgical equipment, associated consumables and surgical instruments, as well as regenerative and reparative products. Among these, 27 products have obtained Class III medical device certification, and 25 have received Class II medical device certification, making us the company with the largest number of certified products in China's sports medicine industry. Furthermore, 11 of our products represent China's first-ever approvals for medical device certification, and 10 are domestic firsts. In addition, we have secured more than 200 regulatory approvals and registration certificates for medical devices across Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. Backed by a robust sales network, the company has established strong brand recognition in the sports medicine sector. As of December 31, 2023, our products were already available in over 1,000 hospitals; by December 31, 2025, this number had grown to more than 3,000, including over 1,000 tertiary hospitals.
