入选标准
- •1. ASA 1 TO 3
- •2. Weight more than 40kg
- •3. Surgery- Elective knee tumour excision surgery ,viz osteogenic sarcoma, GCT, Chondrosarcoma, Aneurysmal bone cyst, Ewings sarcoma
排除标准
- •1. Refusal to consent
- •2. Allergy to opioids , local anaesthetics
- •3. C/I to epidural and PNB
- •4. E/o severe cardiovascular , renal , hepatic
- •5. Opioid drug abuse
- •ï?· Inability to comprehend VAS pain assessment score
- •ï?· Those who require amputation for knee tumour
